Windjammers question

Hi,

I have now played windjammers on MVS. There is something that bothers me when I play multiplayer. I can only play 1 match against another player, after it ends it starts a single player game. It seems that I need to restart the MVS to start a new multiplayer game. The second player cannot push start when this happens. I have tried to change in unibios between regions & arcade/console but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

Nah, that’s not right. I’ve not seen that behaviour before.

It may start a 1p game for you to continue your credit but 2p can buy in straightaway.

Try it on free play in the bios maybe?

Bring up the soft DIP settings and post a picture. I can’t seem to find which options are there and can’t remember off the top of my head.

Can you start a game from startup with the 2p button?

Yes, in the beginning we can be two player. The problem is after 1 match. Says player 2 wait & a countdown.

Try setting continue to ‘without’

I checked on my game. It’s running on Euro MVS Unibios 4.0 but behaviour is the same as I remember on past systems.

When one player wins, the second player can immediately continue and there is a countdown in the relevant top corner. If you wait, it starts a single player and you must wait until a match starts to then buy in and start a 2p game.

Are you running on a regular MVS and an original cart?
