Highly recommend the new Assassins Creed game, I was never interested in the series until now.

I found the previous AC games beautiful but boring.

This one is basically GTA with pirates and a ship. The ship combat is insane. I reviewed the game in fact:

Yep, ditto. I've been burned on the AC franchise too much already to spend £50+ on one no matter how pretty it looks. Got Knack sat in front of me waiting (mostly for the Mrs but I might have a go too), Shadowfall coming with the unit and will be doing the PS3 -> PS4 upgrade deal on COD: Ghosts

Am also hoping they'll announce GTA5 for next gen soon as I've played it a bit now and would like to see it in next gen glory.

Apparently I have smart glass on my phone and my 360. What do I do then to see your gameplay clips? Do I have to have the 360 on or can I just look on my phone (which is on charge in the kitchen right this second but won't be soon).

Never mind - just realised it's a Microsoft Studios game so it's not going to be on PS4 any time soon

Smartglass is an app for Android, iOS and WP devices. download it from your app store, login with your Live ID (your Xbox one), and then it will connect to your home Xbox 360 and Xbox One (different SG app for each one). You can then control your Xbox - push files to it, look on the internet using your tablet or phone and push it to your TV.

Games also have some smartglass support - for example in BF4 for the XO you can get a top down view of the battlefield as a commander using your tablet - and use touch to issue commands.

Anyhow even with your smelly PS4 you can still log into the Smartglass app using your Xbox creds and even without an XO - still log in and see what all your friends are up to - and view their game clips etc.

Will have a look on my phone in a bit. Don't have a tablet any more. Replaced it with a MacBook Air. OS X, the one platform they don't seem to have done Smart Glass for typically! Would still like to have a nose at your gameplay clips...
