Zx spectrum divide

I have a spectrum divide SD card loader. All was working fine last night until I went to load a game and the system crashed. The loading screen on switch on shows title screen of divide but shows detecting devices.
On the led lights I get power and detecting on but nothing on the activity led.

Any idea's? Could the game SD card be corrupt?

I know nothing about these so need some help please.

Or if anyone could test it for me with their SD card or maybe verify if the unit is faulty?

I have tried it on another spectrum +2 but the results are the same.
