model 2 and 3 is epic upscaled
And wide screen mods

I tried sega rally at 5k across on a ultra wide
It’s near enough a 3 screen setup and works perfectly

Technically, and I have envisaged this on my sr2dx, was 3 projectors
Real life scale. I think it could show up the full scale ridge racer

I'm putting 16:10 IPS ones in my Sega PC Based Driving cabs, even if it's in 4:3 mode this screen is only about 1/2" smaller than the CRT's the height isn't much less and will look great on later widescreen games in full screen like Outrun 2 in 30"

I got a monitor with the PC I gave my nephew and thought this looks big even though it was only 24" it looked so much bigger than my 23" I'm using and found out it's 16:10 HP so it's got that extra height and just looks so much better
I've got an Eizo ev2416w which is 24" 16:10 1920x1200. Trying that in a Naomi cab, don't think I'm gonna like it 😆 maybe a 32" vertical would be better

I really didn't want to replace CRT with LCD in mine but testing out the driving games anything Sega Rally/Daytona onwards looks okay, really it's just the 80's ones and there aren't that many anyway and most of the good ones I got originals so it just makes sense so you can play later PC based arcade ones also and all the PC driving games like Need For Speed series
Sometimes I ask my self…
How much time Do I have for games, then how time for racers, then how many different games can I play in that time?
The answer is no time, no racers, and time
For one if lucky

well I bet most would fine far more time to play games if they didn't spend so much time on Internet and in front of TV

Think about all the hours wasted watching endless repeats of Top Gear on Dave and Shite like fake reality TV shows like Storage Hunters. I said to my dad, if you were given a DVD of most of the programmes on TV, would you bother to put the disc in and sit watching it, I think the answer would be NO
Yet many will switch TV on, scan through channels and just end up watching something because it's just on, even my dad said he has recorded films he likes from TV, hasn't watch it yet a year later when it's on again he sits watching it

When I didn't have the Internet for a few weeks while having been banned from BT Dial Up and waiting for Broadband I actually got back to playing games and got a good way through Die Hard Nakatomi Plaza, after I got the internet back on I never played it again:rolleyes: waste too much time on internet but now at least I don't waste time with TV on I can get more done
