Anyone who said on, clearly doesn’t have an Outrun in their collection! Easily the most annoying attract sound!

I used to have them all on but it just got on my nerves, so I have generally have it off. The exception is DKJR, from the Double DK Board, which has an option for 12% attract sound. Works really well!

In general - ON for the authentic arcade soundtrack

But my Dragon's Lair is annoying if it gives it's dialogue on attract every cycle. I have it set to audio every 8th attract cycle.

Your old Pole Position has been 100% reliable, never had an issue apart from:

Repair the board three times ( has a small graphic glitch on the attract page right now ), rebuild both ARII, fit a new steering opto PCB and the monitor chassis is with Grant as I type.

Don't know what all the fuss is about them being unreliable, this one has been a dream to own.

On for me but.. I know this is one that will rage on and on. I know a certain someone that enforces a silent attractmodes rule, and all my PCBs come back home with demo sounds disabled!

I like to hear the game I’m playing!
Also why do you need attracting to your own arcade - I’m already in it

Scud race attract used to do my head in i like the attract music but it seems to constantly be on

Crazy taxi is the same it plays two song snippets over and over

Games where it does a few silent loops and then plays the attract arnt too bad
