Jammafied Dino King - R type

Took delivery of a Dino King this week. I know there’s already been a ton of these threads but I find them interesting nevertheless! The plan is to use it mainly for R type so I will get some dedicated artwork sorted

Cab as it came. Artwork already removed which save me a job

Stripped the guts out today and gave it a clean. I’ve got a couple of generous offers to swap my orange screen bezel for a blue or pink one which would fit the R type theme better. Although just flipping the bezel around makes it look 10 x better with a silver backing!

Always love looking at what people get up to with these things as well.

I enjoy working on them, plenty of room, easy to work on and the cab being metal doesn't turn to Museli every time you lean on it like old Atari chip board cabs do.

They seem to be drying up fast so well done getting one.

Looks like my Elevator Action artwork from Muddy will be ready very shortly, so that will be another converted cab picture to post on the Vac soon!

Looking to turn my one (Muddys old Shinobi) into a dedicated Popeye (The PCB fits) putting Nintendo sticks and buttons in it. They are great cabs for conversion to your favourite game or franchise, especially when your dedicated machines are costing an absolute fortune.

I definitely need another H-shaped card stacker weight if you’ve got it.
If nobody else wants the main wiring loom/harness and you are not using it yourself then I’ll take that as well.

Probably a purple/blue R Type theme. I’m crap with photoshop so the cpo might just be a generic file like the bottom right picture
