Yeah, I understand that. But can't see why the voltage drops if you're finding 10.3 on the harness plug that supplies 10.3 to the AR2, as there isn't really anywhere for the AR2 to drop a volt. For what it's worth (not much, probably) the 10.3 is an unregulated DC voltage, and more often than not those MC power bricks kick out something closer to 12 unregulated DC volts. Which is fine, because the AR board jus ranws what it needs from the unregulated DC supply. The 10.3 doesn't come directly off the transformer. It's an AC voltage thats smoothed and rectified by the big blue cap, and the rectifier board that the big blue sits on. You could replace the big blue without an iron. It just screws on and off. Might / might not be worth replacing the big blue when you swap in a new AR2.
