^ Well, it could be better Riccardo, anyhow don't start on me after your OCD maxed out on your recent project!

Anyhow, I was going to sort out the .1 today due to you basts giving me a hard time and my multi meter is fkd, zero display!! Off into Maplins tomorrow morning.

I did sort out the control panel though, forgot my phone this morning so took a couple of pics when I got home.

The CP's are covered in black Formica, the same stuff used on the cab which gets chipped etc, so I filled & sanded it and covered it in some Morocco black vinyl left over from when I did Dragon's Lair. This stuff is awesome, it's hard wearing and pretty thick compared to the stuff used on Atari cabs etc and is also textured. I learned my lesson from spraying these as your hands/wrists wear the paint off after excessive use!

This brought back terrifying memories of P38 dust clouds and making my hands bleed from sanding.

Don't go spilling your celebratory beer straight into the back door once you're done.

Did a quick hour on the cab this afty and I also grabbed a new meter this morning.

First off, I realised I hadn't turned the brightness up when checking the B+ on Monday, this gave me 108.4VDC and a quick adjustment

Checked the +5 at the PCB

Cut a new rear blackout

When I arrived at Mum's she was staining the garden gate. 10 minutes later she appeared and decided she wanted to do the Moonwalk?! So she did!!!!!

Got to the cab on Sunday so a quick udate.

Fitted the light assembly. I'm assuming Archer replaced the original with this one. Although NOS are available, I really don't see the point in changing it.

Fitted the marquee, went with standard DK in the end.

Fitted the Joystick mounting plate and dust washer

CPO

Pretty pleased with the vinyl, I'm going to grab some more of this Moroccan stuff for the other cab.

Tidied up most of the loom ....and sorted out the wing nuts!!

Tried the bezel in

Then went home!!
