Big news REVIVAL fans! The epic Midlands retro gaming event if officially returning this November!

Following the organisational departure of some of the team for other
personal commitments in January, I too also had to take an extended
hiatus for personal reasons, but plans for Revival's return were already
well underway!

In retro tech terms I am now back in working
order, and plans will resume next week! I know many were waiting
anxiously on word from the Revival camp, and finally we are ready to announce the next chapter in Revival events with a brand new show this Winter!

Good going guys! I'm hoping to see a good turnout of arcade enthusiasts from UKVAC; you guys have always supported us in the past and vice versa; be good to see many of you again! This event has far more than our 'Mini'event and on the arcade front, there's still gonna be close to 40 cabs at this one! I've even agreed with the venue to allow access to a good chunk of them well into the evening

Expect to be seeing some favourites there from all eras including Phoenix, Gorf, Donkey Kong, OutRun, Neo-Geos, Terra Cresta, Simpsons, Ridge Racer, Turtles, Point Blank, Sega Rally, Street Fighter 2 and plenty more!

Top man, muddy! We've not called too much on cab donations for this one as local support has been enough to fill it, but we are always grateful for individual cab pledges! If I decide to step it back up again next year and go full scale, I'd really love to be able to have a grand arcade presence all done by VAC, as we did in our first year!

Great stuff guys, always good to double up on transport, and no one wants to game alone anyway! Just an FYI that we finalised the floorplan, cabs and traders yesterday and if there's any room, we will squeeze in a little more It was good to see that almost half the floor space is taken up by arcades and pinball, and a quick system count turned out about 65 consoles and computers, so not bad going!

If anyone needs accommodation advice it's up on the website, and you can follow the latest info and announcements on our Facebook page. Saturday is getting very full so if that's when you plan to come be sure to book your tickets now, or enjoy a more laid back game on the Sunday.
