Ahh Beatties, awesome shop. Don’t know if they were all the same but the Nottingham branch had hundreds of model aircraft hanging from the ceiling.

Ah cool, that would have been the years I probably spent most time in there buying 1:72 soldiers and wishing I had the skill for the Alien and Predator models on display!

Used to get dragged round the shops in Leeds by my Mum but was always worth it for a look in Beatties and a Coke in the cafe (I think) just next door!

Might actually have a bit of time next week to sort it

Think I will pop in the board I got from usa fully restored ..
Then if that goes ok ..

As I whipped the Lindberghs out to test with a multi and I’m still stuck at this stage …. It don’t look as good as sega rally 1&2 or Daytona or outrun imo
