Not a clue tbh, just stumbled across the video on YT.
Then see official trailer for the other platforms also,
Argh, really wish I liked horizontal shooters, just can’t get on with a lot of them.
Obviously the whole Neo Geo ‘Tate not welcome‘ thing has always held it back in that respect but it would be lovely to see some proper Saturn like vertical shooters on the system.

Mentioned it earlier in this topic but it’s pretty awesome how they are embracing third party developers and how this is a win win win for the developer, Plaion and the consumer - we can only hope NG Dev see the light, stop years of fooking about and get on board with Kraut Buster at least. I’m not holding my breath.
[edit] just noticed NG Devs website does list a new print run of KB on AES only (no MVS - bugger) but probably very limited and $450. Just hand it over to Plaion to knock it out sub-$100 can’t you and stop all this shenanigans https://ebay.io/m/561MNi

Exactly Especially as mvs 1 slot is jamma - tate mode no prob
Hdmi aes + with led swivel monitor stand for smaller monitors - no problem
Most cube style pro monitors flip on side no problem .
Then tate oriantated viewlix that except hdmi .
Then massive 55” plus TVs
Tate mode is big enough displayed on hori orientation.
Seems they have toaplan catalog avalible it would be a loss not to.

It’s more powerful than the Neo Geo and has a different CPU for sound so quite a lot harder to port than Zero Wing/Hellfire.
I guess they never did vertical Neo Geo games as it wouldn’t work in the multi cabinets and they didn’t want home users putting their TVs on the side.

😀😍Some interesting bits in that video! A quick roundup:
- The AV port on the back uses the MegaDrive 2 port, rather than AES port for Stereo sound
- MVS (with converter), Multicarts and NeoSD should work, basically saying they'll work if they're made well and to spec (making a jab at the dodgy multi carts).
- They're keen to get Indies making official games! (Like Zero Wing) That's very cool. Apparently they've got more to announce.
