The sound on these is amazing. Better than a vewlix. The way the speaker enclosures are designed really helps.

It increases it from merely a 'bit of a shame' on that NNC being overpriced ... to a bit more ... mostly because there's clearly a NOS control layout sitting on top of the gubbins in these pics ... as well as a bunch of SEGA hardware! 😏

As above the sound on these is really great, a big step above a woody or most candy cabs.

Fukushima flood damaged buyer beware !!
Scrapped machines were shipped from Japan to China, but not from that area.
Regular flood damage or a flooded container at sea is not so much an issue, but with anything manufactured before 2011 it would be sensible to do a few basic checks. I'd guess they were probably sitting outside for a while, but it is quite a bit of rust.
I'm extremely tempted, but I can't get into my games room as it is. I've 2 Tekken 7 cages on a shelf in there too which would look much nicer in one of those! And I know I'm going to regret not getting one
I'd be willing to bet that they disassemble down to a relatively easy pushmepullyou-able state. I mean ... a NUC is all metal held together by bolts, etc ... and these don't look much more complex ... plus ... if this was in your room, one of the Tekken 7 boxes would be in it ... and the other would be in the loft ... right? 😉 ... Plus ... if you set things up right, then you could use it as a desk / gaming monitor for other stuff, too. 🙂

My other option is put the spare 30" PC monitor on glass/Metal computer desk and have an mount joystick and buttons to the glass top would look a bit like one then

Nothing that isn't already broken goes in the loft - it's all on shelves above arcade cabinets that take up the whole floorspace - hence no space unless I can get cabinets to float!
Good point! And the powder coaters are just around the corner - They did my Daytona and I passed their name onto @Ninja master (Heart of Gaming) and they did lots of his Naomis, I believe.
I've just asked the boss (wife) who's currently working at a school that's being ofstead-ed so she's understandably got a bit on her plate...
