Thanks for posting the pics of the event.

Any chance of some write-ups of what was fault, and the repair (I suppose then linked/copied to the repair logs section)?

Also, what about saying who was there, as I recognise Vic, however that's about it.
Did Martin (Guddler) appear?

What is the box of money about?..is it what was found in the cabs or donations?

Sorry for the deluge of questions, however I just think this will help other readers, etc.

I've listed the results in an earlier posting in this thread: see post '13 Jul 2014 at 8:26am'. I can't give greater detail then that; I'd need individuals to post what they each did.

That was the funds pulled from the Sega Mega-Tech. It's an earning cab for the museum. At the time I thought it was just a mistake that no one had thought to look in the cash box but now I realise that the museum expects it to collect cash! I think i posted the photo as I've not seen a cab earning it's keep for a while. I did find a few quid scattered inside the cab too.

Looking forward to organising another... perhaps near the end of the year?

Good idea on the write ups, will do some when things get finished.

There has been some progress with the SI though, however he may have got a bit excited translating 'it boots' into 'it's fixed'

I have been offered an atari Galaga 88 cab, I have never seen one in an arcade.

I didn't realise Coin Slot was still going... me and a couple of mates used to buy it 20 years ago when it was a supplement of Worlds Fair... is it now its own publication..?
