Well I missed this, but forcefulfil saw it on Sunday and when I came into work this morning my COO mentioned it to me.

Channel 4 on Sunday had an episode of 'Shipping Wars' that featured 3 of our very own members, Bicton, hatster and some dude from Dudley (let me know who you are!) Spadie!

This episode showed couriers delivering two machines from Dudley to sunny Spain.

According to my COO they picked up two machines and were warned by Ade to only transport them in an upright position (guess what happens next

)

So they go to the next pickup and run out of room, so end up laying both machines on their backs (even though they were warned not to

)

They arrive in Spain and get turned on for the camera crew, and they both don't work or something

Going to find this on 4OD now!

I think I read somewhere that it was "scripted" to inject some story into it. Not sure if that is fact or rumour though - Bicton can confirm maybe?

Ah - it must be Spadie from Dudley! Cyclo (Alan) isn't in it.

Milky - even if it was scripted - if you see them moving the cabs in and out of their transport once on the road they are really f**king them up - dragging the bottoms on concrete, dropping them and knocking the Asteroids when standing it upright on to the top roof of the van.

Got my stories mangled a bit. Vib_Ribbon mentioned a thread ovcer on KLOV where Todd Tuckey explains he was contracted for the US one and told how they would handle the machines/"drama"

Hello mates,

They Contacted me after I added one machine on uShip for transport, I thought was a funny thing to do ... but at the end both machines from transport broken ... I do not regret but thank good I had a good technician here with me to help me to mend their mes.

They had to treat them pretty bad from what I could prove after but, I think it can always be worse so at least both are working now.

Stevros "Asteroids" and Spadie "The Invaders" great people and very handy lot of patience too.

I mentioned people on fórums like Retrovicio "Spain" and Ukvac help me a lot, no idea if they shows that. Very sorry for my English it was a big thing for me.

I could not even watch the show, because it says on the website that in my region can not see it, can someone please upload it to youtube so I can see it?

At the end was a good day on my Game Room with lots of friends.

I just saw Mo (Videotronics) in the opening credits, I thought I noticed the building/stock and then he popped up!

If it is anything like Storage Wars then there is clearly scripted "drama" where the camera follows certain "teams" to specific lockers.
Not anything like Towie
But certain scenes have added tension and chaos...
IMO...

they did pretty good to deliver them all the way to Spain and when got there both were working, looked like it was just a sync issue which is normal when transporting, you can't blame them for not knowing how to handle the machines aswell, not everyone has worked and moved arcade cabs

Martin should have taken them! lol

By the look on Mo's face he didn't look impressed with those same guys who delivered the cabs to spain.
