Realised I'd not done a post about this cab yet, it's been in my garage a
good few months but had various things to sort out on it. Finally got
it completely together today so thought I'd take a few pics.
I
can't believe this is my SECOND dedicated Juno First cab, I'm fairly
sure there are only 3 or 4 in the country, 2 of which I've owned now.
It's such a good game and a really cool cab and one of the few I've
really regretted selling so was very pleased to get another chance at
one in a deal for some other kit. It's funny how this one plays quite a
lot differently than the one I had from the arcade barn (now with RGP), it's all a bit tighter
on the stick I think.
It's a good clean and solid cab and didn't
really need much doing. I gave it a bit of a touch up on the paintwork,
had a new bezel made as the original one was completely wrecked,
cleaned up the cpo & back panel with novus and had the monitor
chassis serviced.
....Oh and the original tube replaced.....just a little bit of burn
Yes that is off
And
a much nicer replacement fitted. Big thanks to tb2000 for finding a me
better tube, and giving the monitor the once over, and then fixing the
pcb running in it now
The new bezel up close.
All
the gubbins on the back door. The cab was having some control panel
issues - all related to the pointless filter board on the back door
making bad connections.
And here's the whole cab.
It looks awesome in the dark.
