Thanks for the reply, I’m aiming to get above 50,000 which I know I can do. Once I’ve got that I’ll be jacking chasing anything higher. So the settings are now precise even though adjusting the extra man setting makes no difference at all to the game. If anything it’s making it more difficult. Would be nice to have it recorded.

Not a fan of the credibility system on TG at all. it creates a breeding ground for misuse. People with huge credibility score can't have possibly viewed all the scores they claim to.

The higher the credibility the wore weight is placed on it. 1 vote = 1 vote is the only way in my opinion.

Regarding incorrect settings. As has been said, even if it changes nothing in the gameplay it more than likely will be rejected. Better to just redo the vid.

Plus, you need to submit a 50K+ score. None of this wishy-washy 45k nonsense.

Hi, to anyone who knows this game well, can you tell me if MAME runs it accurately? as something feels slightly off to me yet I don't have an actual PCB to compare it to

Cheers!

My final score, the PCB is going away now for a while - mission complete. 13, unlucky for some!

Hi Rich,

I've looked at parts of the highest score run on MAME for the game which is considerably higher than my score (nearly 80,000). I don't have a MAME set up to directly play this on but I've looked at the video submission and the game play looks 'slowed down' to me. The player doesn't appear to chase perfects and seems to avoid the diving trios on what I consider are the difficult levels without the trouble I encounter.

To me it isn't emulated properly - which is the message displayed during the MAME boot sequence.

Score of 82,940 on the PCB to level 39. I did a Romident check on my ROM revision and it's the spacefba revision. Previous highest recorded score was on MAME at 76,090. I wanted to surpass that score before finally putting my score chasing to rest. I don't think I'll be chasing the 100k, I don't have time. The wave three bullet speeds are faster than you can fire at and very difficult to evade. I'd need some serious good fortune and spare time to push past 100k.

I've just given your submission the once over.

Was great to see you destroy the game. Shot accuracy was amazing.

Just curious to know how this game plays compared to MAME. We played it for 10pscore a while ago and quite a few of us experienced quite a lot of lag when firing. Does the PCB play any differently?

Easy accept on TG btw.

Thanks for the reply, have been considering buying this PCB to play in a DK cocktail cab as MAME does not feel right, there was PCB on ebay right recently but it was untested and had a few jumper wires so was not sure whether to touch that one

Cheers, Rich
