I can only second Boyo's words and hope we can all move on... So here's something to get us distracted from the sickness issue:

To get us all started, I did spend 10 minutes over the weekend indulgently knocking up this shot that was on the facebook page... Here it is here:

If anyone else can produce a ukVac/Revival inspired picture or score table, I'll judge them SATURDAY MORNING then I'll send the funniest/best a complimentary Movember ukVac t-shirt on me :) Please note - look hard at the pics on this thread (or work off your time at the RRE if you went) - the winner has double the chance if they include a game that was on display or playing at RRE :)

Go to it VACsters!!!

My son had a burger cooked at the event on Saturday and was fine so it is a bit random as to who got ill. Thankfully everyone who was ill with the food poisoning is now feeling better and it didn't spoil what was a great day.

If u72 won that cab it was a fix because he didn't win it I did and it was my idea to buy the tickets and put them in the asteroids manual that he bought earlier as I saw it as an Omen that I would win it,so we will call it a joint effort shall we with u72 buying the manual and all😃

I am feeling a lot better now. Anyway I really enjoyed the event and it was nice meeting everyone. Thank you all those who wished me well and I am glad RGP and everyone else who was affected is feeling much better .
The overall event was great thanks to Boyo and team for a super day and I am looking forward to the next one 👾👾🎮👾🎮 and not forgetting UKVAC thank you I had a great time 👾👾👾Dragonpingirl2013-12-11 08:47:45

Great selection of cabs and consoles to play. I really enjoyed trying out that Vectrex multi-cart and spent a good while reliving my 'yoof' on the Atari 2600. Arcade-wise, some of the cabs were very popular, especially Super Off Road and the awesome (can't believe I'm saying this) Fix-it Felix cab. Whoever made that has done a stellar job (just needs a scanline generator).

Lovely Zac cabs!

The Vectrex was mine, always popular, and the Fix It Felix is also one of our creations - a different monitor is actually planned or in fact a scanline generator!

Reading lower down, I can see who busted my Super-Off Road (grrr!) Lol but this will be fixed. This show was just about our own personal stock and collections, and did not depend on outside contributions, but we're greatful to all VACCERS for their support and of course for the cab donations! We've just cut a deal to get our cabs constantly serviced and up to scratch for shows, and may well expand our collections before the big one in August!

PS I know the Turnarcades cabs are not of major interest to collectors, but they do solve the selection choice when space is limited, and are always in constant use by the average visitor :)

I swear to god, I was literally just stood there and it went crazy. Maybe I give off low level EMP bursts when I least expect it
