but I personally think we should let this fade unless new, pertinent info arrives such as Andy's cancellation reports. The guy is gone, I can't see him ever being allowed back on (and we do have measures in place to let us know if an ex-member tries to re-register) so he hasn't any opportunity to respond to whatever is written about him.

Andy, if you think he's behind the greater than usual eBay cancellations, maybe start a new thread just as a heads up to other potential sellers? It does suck, big time, but I guess there's always the danger that anyone could decide to latch onto anyone's eBay auctions any time

[EDIT] And yeah, certainly, if it's any consolation to those that received them, for my admin involvement in what went on (which was very little as I was having a hell of a day that was keeping me away from the forum), that was the tipping point in the whole saga and goes from something we admins discuss, to something we take action on. To me, that's pretty clear cut. But again, as Tim says, even admins and moderators are individuals and we have to work together on a consensus. A lot of debate often goes on behind the scenes
