this isnt really new news
Not quite the end of RM (company I work for), letters are being driven into history unless you put Tracked 24/48 stamp on it and turn it into a priority item. The traditional ways are being phased out and then property will be sold off and many will lose their jobs. We now voting on a change that is needed as if you join RM now you will be put on a terrible contract. For anyone sending something, Special Delivery or Tracked, if you dont care about what your sending then the other classes will be fine but expect delays.

There’s no carrot attached though In any sane word it wouldn’t /shouldn’t be voted in
Then what ,you guessed it .strikes
Have the new contract guys got the stomach to lose more money or the old contract guys come to think of it .

i think the trick was missed when all these parcel companies started popping up, and RM didnt seem to act quick enough to keep up with them, so you have all these courier companies now who can deliver next day etc etc, and you can do it all online for less than you can with RM, where you have to go and stand in a queue with some of the most miserable staff known to man, have an extremely unpleasant experience and most of the time pay more
sometimes things just move on, and it seems RM didnt want to do that....and still dont, want to track a parcel that you sent with tracking...you cant until they have tried to deliver it...WTF is that all about?

There’s one thing you can be sure of
They will be fine ,subs will continue to come out of wages and release time will continue .well as long as they play ball .
Which they will or they’re finished too
