Here are links to all the parts I used if of any use to anyone:

Replacement artwork set:

Control panel:
Note, this one is Perspex, original is metal.

Ashtray holder:
Note, these don’t ship to UK, I had to get mine sent to a relative in Germany and then posted on from there.

LED Marquees
Note, these originally weren’t in these cabs but fit easily and are good fun.

Fantastic post @Rob_bob_2k6 !

Only thing to note on the ashtray holders, is the bracket isn’t included.

I managed to get one 3D printed from a very friendly (and really rather handsome) forum member.
I think you can download the pattern from Gate Ninety, and get an online service to print it…

If you want a SP panel, or perhaps this is your only cab and you want a custom ‘MVS’ six button panel (Don’t forget to use a JAMMA -> MVS adapter!!!) then Alberto is second to none at knocking up custom panels, and is super friendly and easy to work with

Not trying to revive an old thread, but I documented most of what I did from my completely novice point of view here:-

There’s probably not a huge amount of info in here you’re not already well aware of, but maybe something somewhere will be useful?

After removing the yoke to check for corrosion ..

Turned out my chassi heat shield that holds the vertical ic had been by the looks of it stepped on by the delivery man after it had been repaired ..
So after a second trip to grant …
It lives .. will be repatriated to the u4 shortly 👍

Got used to the B&olufson tube it’s nice
Burn free great colours ..
With a hantarex polo 2 25

Oh you went for it!! Nice!!

Looking forward to seeing progress…
Thinking being that considering it is only really missing the chassis, I don't think you are gonna get a candy cab in any condition for much under £500, unless its's one of those plastic quiz machine things. I prefer a project over something brand new as I am a chap bast$$d
