The arcade game with the best speech synthesis

Ok been playing bosconian alot this week and it's a great game but I think it has the worst synthesized speech
I rather like gorf in fact I think it's the best for its time, it was the main thing that got me drawn into that game and it was so bloody cool .
But tell me if i am wrong what other games had great synthesized speech ?

There was a lot of very cool speech recordings on tape,that were played back over and over again like the very cool thief.But it was not synthesized
