19" 3 screen version, I think the proper Japanese release machine. Confirmed destroyed by the arcade in 1990

These two were in Burnham On Sea.

Great photos!

I used to go on holiday to Burnham on Sea in the mid 80's to mid 90's as my grandparents live there. There were three arcades including The Pavilion arcade mini pier over the sea but nothing quite like the one in your pics!

The other arcades at that time were a small one on the high street, and large one on the sea front (Sunspot Amusements). I think the Pavilion and Sunspot still exist but are largely gamblers and crane games etc I think. Sunspot was amazing back in the day. I particularly liked the Sega games and they had:

Hang On (deluxe)
Enduro Racer (deluxe)
After Burner (deluxe)
Outrun (deluxe & upright)
Thunder Blade (deluxe)
Power Drift (deluxe)
Space Harrier (upright)

A real treat!

Sorry, don't have a pic of big run, but I have this. There is a pic of big run on the flyer for it though.

There was a Cisco Heat Deluxe like that one in the UK. Was on ebay for sale years back starting bid of £10, no one even bid, wish I'd saved pages of the listings to look back at. No idea what happended to it after that

It was one of those times if you had unlimited space you would of snapped it up but I was saving my precious space for machines like Outrun and Chase HQ etc, If I bought something like that, as soon as you do a machine you really wanted would come along

It was around maybe 2003 - they said the building was being knocked down and it was in it, buyer had to remove it.

Wish I had hoarded it :(
