So a person i work with phoned me on teams last week as he knows i like my PC gaming and he was building 2 for his twins for christmas, he decided to leave RAM until the last...well that turned out to be a GIANT mistake it seems
Me being totally ignorant as i don't build PCs very often assured him that the price of RAM wont have gone up that much...i'll check on what i purchased against todays price for the same thing(DDR5, 6700, 32gb)
So paid around £120 for mine earlier this year, either January or February, i checked the other day and its now £460
gaming is going to be an extremely expensive hobby if that trend continues, and is probably a reason we havent seen prices for a steam console and also potentially why we havent seen specs for GTA6
