Can we have a section sticky for console gaming arrivals?

Here's mine for today....new Vectrex controller, mine was busted, been stalking replacements on eBay for months and this one came up - £30!

These things pretty rare now, so happy to have a working one!

Very nice!  Been looking for an original one myself

As they were an integral part of the Vectrex, and games tended to be single player, there were not many second joysticks knocking about. Will try it out later....

This turned up yesterday for me, with Rush of Blood and Drive Club VR and Battlefield 1

Must say I'm impressed so far with the immersion feeling much better than a DK2 and sit pretty comfortably.

Gonna have to work on my motion sickness tolerance, the First roller coaster bit on Rush of Blood had me in all kinds of trouble

Not played much as I'm out of drive space, so I've got a 2TB ssd on the way.

I got this the other day. I have not played SMW on a Snes since way bitd. It is an absolute stone cold classic and still blows me away.

Cool. I've been interested in these for a while now - as I'm sure loads of others have too. Any chance you could do us a quick review? What does the output look like on an lcd? Are the ratios correct, is there fuzz? Does it work well with original controllers? Is there any noticable lag? What about the sound? etc, etc....

I'm not the best at reviewing stuff and wouldn't want to be responsible for someone buying one then blaming me if it didn't live up to their expectations. I will have a better look at it over the weekend though and try, their are different filters you can apply to the video if you like or you can just keep it nice and original... bearing in mind you won't be playing it on a crt to so you will see all the pixels you didn't see back in the day (hence the various filters). No fuzziness though nice n sharp (well you know what I mean) and I've only played sonic on the megadrive and manic miner on the gameboy advance so far. Smooth scrolling so no issues there and no noticeable issues with the competition pro megadrive pad I was using , you can play each system using whatever type of controller you have plugged in apparently but I still need to dig out a nes and snes controller to see. So I need to also dig out a few different system carts and test them but so far so good, it actually dumps the rom to memory and then plays it so I guess it's emulation but nothing like those cheap TVs games or clones I've tried over the years. Apparently you can also trick it into loading roms from the sd card too but where's the fun in that as you might as well have a raspberry pi. Like I say though I'll have a better look over the weekend but there's loads of reviews online (hence why I wanted it)

Had this week or so now but just got round to having a play.

What a great bit of kit, only loaded up a few games to give it a go but works great.

Have fitted a remote reset as well operated by button presses so no need to get up to change games.

Nice. New?

Garou is the same (1st release and re-release). I have both too

Thanks dude :)

They are second hand but from a seller I know in Japan who only deals with games in nice condition. Getting both copies of Garou was a bit of a mistake actually, but it's nice to have both.

Maybe off topic, but i ordered these from etsy not expecting much, they arrived and are amazing so i have ordered a load more, very well made and not too pricey at £4 a pop, make great stocking fillers/surprise presents for gamers, they have switch, ps3, ps4 etc etc and a whole host of games to choose from
