UK-VAC Annual Meet 2016 Arcade club

As a newbie on the scene, I find events like great to meet the people behind the great contributions.
I will try to get the time off, but as I travel overseas a lot with work, guessing what they will through at me end of Oct is very difficult. but I will apply and confirm.
So if I understand correctly to get the details, we send an email to ukvacmeet@arcadeclub.co.uk
I am in South Wales and will probably drive up on the day, if any one wants a lift.
As people have been throwing some suggestions, I thought I'd chip in
, I've read somewhere on another forum (probably a US one) they ran a surgery trouble shoot, lessons learnt, dos and don'ts, even talk about things that bug most users on forums (where people don't follow rules), but don't want to name and shame, I remember one putting not putting clicky links another not putting [SOLVED] against problems/advices, or [SOLD] against for sale stuff....
I better shut up now, before I get banned from getting a ticket!!!!

Well I'm all paid up know....went to Arcade Club last Saturday and gave my 15 shillings over to Andy...looking forward to seeing old faces and meeting new faces who are popping their AC cherry
So I've sent my £15 to Andy and have booked into the Premier Inn for Friday & Saturday. I work away from home like a few others on here so had to get clearance from the wife for the whole weekend

I've been a member here for many years and have bought machines off quite a number of you with Martins help. But due to work I've never been able to make a UKVAC meet or even get to the Arcade Club so really looking forward to the whole weekend.
If anyone else is turning up friday night and fancies a few beers and a friday night visit to the arcade club or Strip Club
