It all seemed to go through fine. I sent payment using the paypal@ address from Andy's original mail and then sent a mail to the ukvacmeet@ address without it appearing to bounce (so far anyway

)

When I originally paid for a couple of tickets back in April my mail attempts kept bouncing. Randomly I tried again about a month or so ago and it didn't. Hopefully Andy's actually getting them

I'd also like to see my name on the front page list as I 'paid' by selling some stuff slightly cheaper to Andy to offset against the ticket price, so until I'm on that list I won't feel like I have confirmation!

Anyone got inside intel on if Virgin Rail are going to do one of their seat sales, last year managed to get tickets for £11 each way from London to Manchester. Tickets are currently going up and up in price, I would hate to pay out tonnes and them to be in a sale next week. I'd hedge bets that its outside the summer holidays so deals might be had.

I've bought the return to London ticket as the advanced ticket prices were up, just wish I'd bought the outbound journey 2 days ago when it was a lot cheaper, I think I might hold out and see if a sale comes up for my Friday ticket.
