Hope all attendees get added to the list before next weekend, so we all get lanyards as i don't know anyone! Mind you, i suppose i could use my Defender meet one again. Is the third floor open now, and if so what's on it?

I'm sure all will be sorted out, and don't worry about knowing nobody. That won't last long.

For car parking there is very limited space inside Ela Mill's gated area which is secure at night, and a small cobblestone car park just outside it in the back alleys behind residential terraces, but that's open to whoever. I would think it'll be first-come-first served on the gated area, given there are delivery trucks and so on to that area anyway.

Much as I love AC the area around is not very salubrious, I would be tempted to leave the car in a select location elsewhere and get a taxi to and from AC!

The first time i went to Arcade Club, i used the walking directions on Google maps, and it told me to use caution as it was in a bad area!

Hi all, apologies for all the suspense! Finally getting on top of things now. I am sifting through everything, but there is a lot to catch up on. I wanted to reassure everyone that we are on it, and we will be preparing name lanyards for everyone and their pluses, names printed on both sides. ;)

GROUP PHOTO IDEA:
I think it will be near-impossible to gather up all VAC'ers in one place at one time on the day, so how about we all meet at the stage on Floor 2 at 5pm on the Saturday? Does that sound like a plan?
