Hi Arcadians!
I’m proud to be announcing this years UKVAC meet at the Pixel Busters arcade in stoke-on-Trent on the 17th of October 2026

To maximise the amount of people we can fit throughout the day have been split the tickets in to 3 options.

Early session £12.50 11am - 5pm

Late session £12.50 5pm - 11pm

All day session if you buy both tickets includes Takeaway food at 6pm £25 11am - 11pm

Hi everyone. I'm Jon and I run Pixel Busters along with my wife Felicity.
Looking forward to seeing everyone for the meet.
The arcade will be closed to the general public for the day for the meet so it will be more like a all day private hire. So you can bring your own alcohol, drinks, snacks etc.

We are quite a small arcade so we have to limit number which is why we have done the 2 sessions with the option of all day too.

Thanks for the invite Al, but will be in Honolulu all October. Are any meets for xmas planned at all anywhere in the UK? I know its way too early to mention the xmas word but quater 4 of the year get busy for me at weekends. Wishing all vaccers a great day for this event.

1/4 of the available tickets for the meet have now been sold.

Just wanted to add that we have a carpark on the industrial estate. It's usually not busy on the weekends as the only businesses that are open are ours and the gym round the corner.
If it does get filled up then there is parking at the nearby Central Forest Car Park which is less than 5 minutes walk to us.

Nearest Hotel is the Best Western in Hanley which is a 20 minute walk from the arcade. Premier Inn and Hilton are in the same area but looked a lot more expensive when I looked.

There are also 3 Travelodge's within 15 mins taxi ride away. The one in the south next to Trentham is probably the best area. Trentham is probably worth a stroll on the Sunday morning before heading home.

I have iScored setup on a mini jumbotron in the middle of the arcade. I'll be doing 2 competitions/tournaments. An early one and a late one and maybe some fun challenges throughout the day.
