Days off finally confirmed .
I have tickets for the late season and have just noticed @TheDaddy is doing the early session so I might need another ticket.

I'll confirm everyone's UKVac name and Pizza order closer the time for those that haven't put the details on there. It's about 50-50 on people finding that box 😆

1/4 of the available tickets for the meet have now been sold.

Just wanted to add that we have a carpark on the industrial estate. It's usually not busy on the weekends as the only businesses that are open are ours and the gym round the corner.
If it does get filled up then there is parking at the nearby Central Forest Car Park which is less than 5 minutes walk to us.

Nearest Hotel is the Best Western in Hanley which is a 20 minute walk from the arcade. Premier Inn and Hilton are in the same area but looked a lot more expensive when I looked.

There are also 3 Travelodge's within 15 mins taxi ride away. The one in the south next to Trentham is probably the best area. Trentham is probably worth a stroll on the Sunday morning before heading home.

Jon - can I leave the car overnight - or would you not recommend that?

You can leave your car in the carpark yes. It's quite quiet at night and I close the gates (not locked) before I leave.

Booked for the evening, travelling up from Kidderminster and staying over. I’ve been enjoying Al’s Arcade for ages, I don’t yet have any cabinets, but do have plenty of consoles and way too many games collected. Will likely branch out to some cabinets as and when my son leaves home and I get a larger room for my treasures!

Never get to any of these because working weekends and even worse bank holidays, the company is a total joke, haven't been able to book any time off for last 2 months because others off and 2 on sick now, wishing i'd paid into pension sooner now as i'd be laughing right now but then my plan was to just save money myself untill I started collecting arcade machines and I kinda lost track of saving when i had to keep spending it all on house extensions and buildings to house the machines and the money spent on them all
Next year I'm going to change that when I take my pension money early before the government change it to 57 in 2028 else I'd have to wait another 2 years, question then is will I afford going places, if I've sold stuff on ebay as well probably be okay or have to join others at the FoodBanks to save money if not I'd have to bring the other half and get her to pay
Shame you can't get all the machines setup at home and charge public entrance fees at weekend and make extra money, would be quite a good arcade
