That's a good question, the land will be owned by someone, but the sheeting is off in tons of places and you can waltz around there without any bother.

You could in theory get in there with a small toolbox and dismantle in all during the day then place it near a collection point, roll up in the transit when it gets a bit dark then load the thing up.

I really doubt you'd get 10 years for it
