Sega Star Wars arcade ,candy tables

Haven't seen a Sega star wars in a long long time. Bulky machine and therefore it's survival odds are considerably lower. Liked it a lot!

My brother picked one up for just over $1000 last week.
50” rear-projection goodness (if a little burnt-in).

Edit: And seeing they’re mentioned, Whitley Bay also had Time Traveller, Xybots and STUN Runner sit down

I have a Thunder Ceptor machine!
I don't find anything from this cabinet in the net (I bought the pcb in a big package an later I get the cabinet from Italy).

There was a non working STUN Runner in an arcade in Herne Bay for years in the noughties. Doubt it's still there though.

i played all of these to death in the arcades but don’t recall any mention since of them being sold or found etc

I think there are lots of rare cabs, some more desirable than others.
Personally I would love to see a stern Rescue extremely rare cab.
Ones I have seen sheriff upright which is my collection 1 of 3 known to exist and monkey magic which is in the uk
I’m hoping someone will find a space launcher upright, only cpo and bezel have been found.

Thats the interesting thing alex, there are quite a few games that are rare because they were crap and lots that are rare for unfathomable reasons. Like the sega hot rod.
