Exactly, he knows most people aren't going to courier a cab to them for £100 then pay another £100 to get it couriered back with no repairs after being told it's worthless by so called experts.

it's a scam to fleece people who don't know much about arcade machines which is probably a very high percentage of people that buy them these days.
They tell someone that doesn't know much about arcade machines that their machine can't be fixed then buy it cheap off them and sell them one of their own overpriced ones. They then pimp up the new "unfixable machine" and sell to the next person who needs a machine fixed after telling them that theirs is no good and repeat for next person. One of many scams these people pull.
Most of these places are exactly the same from what I've heard over the years.
