I don't know how you can get such good scores. I fall apart as soon as I'm on a level over land...typically level 5 & 6. I don't seem to see the bullets. I find the 'sea' levels much easier.

My latest PB is ~230,000.

Had my best game yet last night. Got to level 5 or 6 without losing a life. Then lost all of them on level 7!

Had one go on Friday and it was my best yet. Now I know what all this talk about 'boss' planes was about...made it to and past the first boss for the first time, and got to level 9.

It finishes, and awards a 10 million bonus.
The reason the world record is so high is not only this bonus, but the last plane is worth 50k. Martin reaches the last plane with plenty of lives, likks the plane for the 50k, and immediately kills himself on a bullet on the screen. He does this through all his remaining lives until the last life, then kills it and survives.
