Well done Dave. I've got to put that extra effort in to finish it myself, although I keep getting distracted by the podcast game / the RGF shmup league game / Arcade Club new additions etc.

Our very own "Charlie Farr" beat my score by 23,000 last night at Arcade Club and himself gained a 1942 completion.
Like me he had 5 lives remaining and opted to just do it, rather than point press and risk failing. It was good though, very old school, a crowd of about 10 people watching.
His final score was 11,810,510.

Such a great game...was playing doubles with Sean at Play Margate on Saturday.
-it is very unforgiving, but highly addictive.
My best is 'only' around 350k.
This game also was the first one I got running in Xmame, that's right, I had to compile it on Solaris (System 5 based Unix)!!.
