Thanks all for the nice replies, definitely on the home straight now.
Coin Door
The machine had a horrible chip shop style coin door when I got it, this had a hacked in mech and the wiring was a mess, it was the most messed about part of the machine after the screen.
Last year drilled out the locks and was greeted with this.
No way I was putting this back on, did some research and looking at pictures online it was apparant originally they were shipped with Asah Seiko Dual Mech doors, so went on the hunt. Through a mixture of sources including a kind member here who sent me several of the parts for free, I had what I needed.
The door and frame were pretty grose so paint stripper/sand/paint sorted them out.
Yuck
Rewired in one of the coin counters that had been chopped out, tested and got both working.
Used the original loom that was hacked onto the chip shop door and spliced it onto the parts needed for the replacement door.
Cleaned up the build label while I was here.
After
Started fitting the door and mech parts,
Fitted a pair of mechs and set them to take 100 yen, wired everything up.
Couple of new bulbs.
As my room is mostly Japanese cabs/themed I want the machine to match, so copied/ Printed the one 100 Yen logo I had to have a pair.
They look very nice.
Door all done

.
Only four jobs left and the machine is done.
Fix the sound amp right channel.
Refinish the "Start" logo.
Polish and fit the chrome strips.
Try and repair the orginal rear marque if I can (it's better condition pain wise than the one I have on now but is badly scratched).
Then it will be done
