Top day! Congratulations to all the Organisers and Contributers. Was really nice to catch up with you guys and meet some new faces. My brother has gone darkside too and wants a cab now so, if anyone thinks of selling Missile Storm, 1942 or the Phoenix cabaret cab, let me know - he was hooked.

Anyway, some pics (apologies for quality, phone is a bit poor)

I didn't see you Milky...although I knew you were going when we got there it was packed! I saw Alex and met Rich (strykr) James (RGP) and Andy (U72) saw Ol and Rav and that was it.

No pics sorry guys it was heaving....queues for the pins were 4 and 5 deep in places.

It was a great day, amazing amount of cabs there and the Mrs is now a pinball wizard!

Really awesome event and well done all the guys/girls involved and to RGP for running around fixing cabs like he was on speed!

No worries, maybe next time! We need name badges or something for next time so we've got a better chance of meeting other members. It took me 4 attempts to get Bensonrad right (it's never good when you introduce yourself as Milky to random strangers thinking they're someone else)

Exactly! I suggest rugby shirts, ukvac on the front where the sponsor goes, nickname on the back (cos you only ever see the back of a person when they're gaming). Perfick!

1942 or Galaxian cabaret cabs, let me know

Glad you had a good time, some great games there!

Sorry to say, but no such thing as a Galaxian cabaret incidentally. Technically, no such thing as a 1942 cabaret either...

Yup, my bad; it was a Phoenix cabaret

The 1942 was just a cute little cab.

Had a really good morning at the slam, got to catch up with a few familiar faces and put faces to familiar names. lots of great games to play and serious credit to all the organisers and cab donators, giving up their time, money and effort to make this happen.

I could only make it to the show yesterday but I took my Fire Truck, Hang-On and Centipede along for the show and they all seemed popular throughout the day. There was an awesome selection or classic and rare machines along with tons of Pinballs that I know very little about.

I only took a few (bad!) photos and a short video of Fire Truck being played. I was very happy with how much use Fire Truck got played, It had over 500 credits put in on just the Saturday, and a whole range of young and old people were playing it.

I was great to play some games I'd never been on before, I thought Space Zap was particularly good, and Field Goal also got lot of my attention.

Nice to meet and chat with people as well; Ol, Rav, Floodito, Chuckie, U72, Cmonkey, Milky, TonyElyod, PaulInNottingham, the general public and all the others I've missed.
