Any announcement on buying tickets yet or the codes you mentioned ravage?

Looking forward to this, the one annual event I love to go to.

Ok, I've got my sh*t together this year and can bring some cabs.

Pins:

High Speed 2

No Fear

Cabs:

NBA Jam TE 4 Player (thanks Oll!)

Jamma cab with either Mr Do! or DoDonpachi

Possibly an Asteroids cabaret if I can fix the blighter in the meantime

I was thinking about bringing my NIB / HUO Robotron, but I think i'd ruin my weekend being paranoid about someone breathing on it, let alone putting a drink on the damn thing.

Looking at arriving early Saturday, leaving Sunday late pm.

Let's make it a good one folks!

Absolutely gutted, just found out my back to back (we work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) has a wedding that weekend - Its the start of my 2 weeks offshore. So no way he will cover for me to let me go to this.

Shame, was looking forward to it after Replay last year.

well, all things being equal I'll bring something, just not sure what yet. Essentially is has to fit in the back of the car, be not so rare that I cry if someone spills beer on it and be reliable/have a stack of working spares to keep it limping along for the weekend. In essence I guess it'll be a stand up something. Probably end up being a Goliath :)

Get the slam couriers to pick them up and drop them off. And I vote you bring just the one (or two if I can't get mine working in time, which would be 720) Star Rider.

Ha. Will Star Rider survive for 48 hours though, maybe the wheels will drop off like 'the goose' in mad max

Hi all,

Have managed to get a discounted rate at the Chatsworth hotel.

It was harder this year as the dates have moved to slightly warmer times and Worthing and the seaside being a mecca for the elderly and infirm, and thats not singaling any of our members :) its far busier so the rates are a bit higher.

The rates are £74 single occupancy and £99 for double occupancy this includes Brekki.

The hotel details and web site is below

http://www.chatsworthworthing.co.uk/

They have limited numbers available and if you want to use the discount you need to quote "southcoastslam" when making your reservation.

Please feel free to use any hotel and guest house, as always each year we try to make one hotel the main one so its a good get together in the evening and for breakfast.

You may well find it cheaper nearer the time on hotels.com etc but this is the best I can get out of them at the moment, also there is a travelodge about a mile down the front that sometimes has good deals.

This now being the third hotel and we are running out of places to stay now, so best behaviour this tine and you know who you are when I say that ;) and I have warned the wetherspoons and local pubs of our impending arrival.

If I come by car I could bring a cab but I don't know if I can really add anything until I see a list.....

If no-one brings an Asteroids I could bring my Asterock...but uhmmm, are drinks really allowed in the game area or was that a joke ?

Shame I sold my HS2 a long time ago else I would have asked Steve to sign the back glass ;))

People do carry drinks around the games area yes, well they have done in the previous years, not many people do though, people are very much there for the gaming, but I spotted the odd plastic pint of beer resting on cabs/pinballs last year.

Mmmm......that would seriously make me re-think about bringing a cab....

I know I'm probably very picky about this but at Eurocade we have a strict rule about no drinks in the arcade area...this is to motivate people to bring their precious cab and give them at least some certainty it will go back home intact....
