I swear I beat that on the speccy back in the day but the games a bitch. It won't win forever, I'll beat it.

Everytime I go to an event (NERG) or visit Arcade Club, I fall back in love with Bombjack. Played it to death at home as a kid and MAME just isn't the same.

Bomb Jack is great on MAME when set up properly and played on a cab.

I can't resist joining the Bomb Jack love!! Bought a Bomb Jack tee a couple of days ago as it happens.

The emulated version on the game elf plays alright

I do think I need to spread the love of Bomjack a bit more. Maybe start with the purchase of a mug, then follow your suit with a Tee, then a jamma cab (don't think there ever was a dedicated as such), but try and find an original board as well as playing on a multi.

I spent the last two weeks playing Millipede and Afterburner Climax DLX in my local arcade whilst on holiday in the USA. Very different but very enjoyable games.

Well I have been giving Outzone alot of play over the last few weeks, but my game of the week will be Dogyuun.

I haven't got it yet but it has been bought and should be here for the weekend and that I know will be an awesome weekend of playing that.

Been giving it some Scramble action last night, and for the first time actually managed to get past the very last bit, i.e. bomb the little base right after the Konami sign...trickier than you think! Cool

Also some more Moon Patrol and 'The End'.

I'd decided to try to get good at Commando ... I'm not good at it yet though and put Bomb Jack in for a spin and am in love with it all over again! Might be a while before Commando goes back in.
