So we're going back to the future now, but February 2022...

I'm not sure how much of the news this made anywhere other than Japan last year. But the printing company that did Namcos early artwork was clearing out their storage and found New Old Stock artwork for Puckman, Galaga and DigDug.

Seriously you can't make this up.

It started appearing on Yahoo Auctions Japan...

Well hopefully someone scanned the bezel and you can get a nice repro made up!
It's that or politely asking Mister Namco if he still has the original silk screens you can have a borrow of.

(Very nice find, Best of luck getting it all restored whichever way you go about it!)

Check my latest post lol.

@Ronnie Dent and I came to an agreement and I paid and secured the Puckman.

It was original, other than a replacement JAMMA era joystick and it was not in the best of condition.

Still can't believe this was operated in the UK!!!

Here's some pictures after Ronnie collected it with some other stuff for himself.
Ah the memories! All I have left from that hail is a Star Trek 25th pinball and 2 cool Harper signs
So please tell me your not scrapping this one🫥

This is a fantastic thread.

I personally think the Bezel at £700 was a fair deal. The fact that you have the cab it goes on Ol makes it a must have but I would have paid the £700 simply because it's so damned cool.

That is such a cool looking bezel. Totally understand the price you paid to get a rare cabinet back on the road to completeness.

If you check BEEP Japan I believe they still have some of the NOS artwork as they bought it in bulk for resale.

£300+ for a marquee though and only upwards from there.

Slightly off topic, but did Pac-Land come as a conversion kit for the original Pacman style Midway cabinet? I have a scratch build Midway cab I am turning into a Ms Pac, but making it a Pacland would be great too if it was historically accurate.

I don't think so.
