I am not a huge fan of pinball, but when I was offered Indiana Jones - The Pinball Adventure for what I have since come to realize was a very good price, I could not pass on it. It makes a good supplement to the arcade I think, even though it is confined to my otherwise "normal" living room where arcade cabs are not allowed. Here accompanied by Mario on the projector.

Things are happening in Arch's Arctic Arcade!

First of all, I have swapped the Indy for a couple of pins that are more suitable for an all-pre-'87-arcade. The Lost World might be a bit on the ancient side, but the Pharaoh from 1983 is spot on I think.

Furthermore, I had the pleasure of doing a 1500 KM trip to Muerto's shed in Denmark to pick up a cab that I have been craving for a very long time - a Tempest cabaret. I actually prefer the Atari cabarets to the full size uprights. Not only because they have a smaller footprint, but they also look better in my opinion. And they have just as big a screen as the UR's, which is cool.

The Tempest is battered and bruised, but it will restore nicely I think. Which is more than can be said about the grey bearded driver in the pic. We are getting old, guys! ;)
